To start your return, please enter the order number provided to you at the time of purchase and in your confirmation email, and the email address you provided during your purchase.

What items are returnable?

  • Within 14 days of receipt of your shipment
  • In original condition
  • Unwashed and Unworn
  • Original packaging, labels, garment tags, disclaimer labels


What items are non-refundable?

  • Without completing a return form, products are not refundable
  • Products showing signs of being worn, or damaged from customer
  • Non-label products
  • Customs duties and sales taxes
  • Sales and promotional items are non-refundable.


Are there any charges for return?

  • There is no charges for return
  • Original shipping charges is non-refundable
  • You are responsible for return shipping charges

How do I return?

  • Enter your email address and order number in the fields above and click “Start a Return”
  • Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines


How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to noti-fy you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will au-tomatically be applied original method of payment, within 15 business days.


In the case I would like to exchange my purchase, may I do so?

• Yes, you may exchange your purchase by following the return instructions. Shipping charges will apply to if you live internationally, outside Hong Kong for return. A refund would be issued and the item would need to be re-ordered.
